Work from home benefits
When we work from home, there’s a lot of benefits which range from physical to mental to, oh yes, financial. You may have already thought of a few while visiting but here’s my take. First, this significantly reduced my stress levels a great deal. Our mental health is a top priority we tend to overlook. Working from home helped me get on top of it. I can schedule myself accordingly and take breaks when it suits me. This time can be a quick workout, lunch, or to simply catch up with a friend over brunch. I find myself less fatigued and more alert. As an added bonus of working from home, I can finally save MONEY and SLEEP more. (That last part was music to my ears)
Those daily commutes to and from work… debating if 5 more minutes of sleep is worth me arriving 20 minutes late to work… getting a meal(s) ready the night before, are just like office jobs, all things of the past now. I am my own boss and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
